Working Model: General Shift Assignment Duration: 12 Months Number of Openings: 1 About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP MP2C (Market to Cash) / SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultant to join our transformational projects. The ideal candidate will possess over 12 years of total experience, with at least 6 years focused on SAP S/4HANA functionality within a global enterprise, preferably in the Pharma industry. This role requires deep expertise in pricing, contracts, rebates, and the ability to define and design solutions for complex business requirements, including Long Lead Time Items. Experience with SAFe methodology and excellent communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Global Template Deployment (MP2C/SD): Define and design Long Lead Time Item (LLTI) solutions for the effective deployment of the Global Template MP2C functional solutions. Develop new features as per affiliate LLTI business requirements that are not covered by the Global Template, including reviewing functional specifications and interface documentation. Solution Design & Collaboration: Act as a Subject Matter Expert in pricing, contract, and rebate topics , from the definition and design phase, including assessing fit/gap after gathering business requirements. Collaborate extensively with Product Development teams and Blue teams (likely internal development/architecture teams) to realize solutions for cross-functional areas. Compliance & Operational Excellence: Contribute significantly to the validation, audit, and legal compliance of the system throughout the entire lifecycle of the program. Provide content knowledge on Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes to appropriate IT teams. Collaborate with other IT teams to implement solutions that optimize the operational performance of systems. Business Process & IT Alignment: Leverage strong business process knowledge to support both Business and IT teams during solution deployment. Qualifications: Total Years of Experience: 12+ years. Relevant Years of Experience: 6+ years in a global enterprise in the Pharma industry, delivering ERP solutions in transformational projects in the SAP S/4 functionality area . SAP Supply Chain Expertise: 10+ years of hands-on configuration experience in any SAP Supply Chain module (implies strong foundational knowledge) with excellent business process knowledge in Supply Chain processes. Mandatory Skills: SAP MP2C/SD . Desired Skills: SAP Vistex experience is highly beneficial. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking. Self-motivated and result-oriented team player with a track record of producing timely, high-quality deliverables. Excellent interpersonal skills for large multinational enterprises. Experience in delivering projects using SAFe Methodology. C-level fluency in English. Domain: SAP Additional Information: Approx. Vendor Billing Rate: INR 15,000 per day (excluding service tax). Background Check: Post-Onboarding.
