Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create & process

  Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), GRNs & SES

  in SAP.
• Manage

  vendor coordination, quotations, order confirmations, and payments

  .
• Monitor

  stock movements, inventory levels, and physical verification

  with SAP updates.
• Maintain

  Material, Vendor & Service Masters

  in SAP.
• Generate

  MIS reports

  (PO/PR status, stock, vendor payments) for management.
• Ensure

  compliance with procurement policies

  and support audits with SAP data.
• Coordinate with

  Projects, Finance & Stores

  for smooth operations.
