Description
As an experienced SAP MM Consultant at NTT DATA, your primary role will be to define and drive data migration strategy and best practices for objects required to be migrated to S/4 HANA. You will be responsible for analyzing customer business processes and requirements to support project Data Migration requirements with proposed solutions. Your tasks will include designing and defining migration activities, providing direction to technical teams, and acting as the sole ownership and focal point for the data objects in scope for migration. Additionally, you will provide training and support to local business data owners and deployment team members on the data migration process and manage data deviations until resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Define & Drive data migration strategy and best practices for objects required to be migrated to S/4 HANA - Perform analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support project Data Migration requirements - Design and define migration activities: cleansing, data transformations, loads, testing, documentation, etc. - Provide direction to technical team SAP Data Services / ABAP development teams - Act as global focal point and interact with relevant stakeholders for data migration - Provide training and support to local business data owners and deployment team members - Analyze defects, issues from data readiness reports and manage data deviations until resolution Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of overall experience in Material Management (MM) & Procurement Implementations / Rollouts - 3+ years of experience with S/4 HANA Implementations / Rollout experience - Expertise in data migration specifically for S/4 HANA - Proficiency in SAP Data Services, SAP migration cockpit, LSWM, Idocs - Strong team building, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Experience in leading business workshops for data migration activities - Excellent communication and organization skills - Fluent in English (written and spoken) Desirable Skills: - Prior experience in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries - Familiarity with onsite-offshore models and leading a team of offshore and onsite developers - Experience with AGILE tools such as Jira NTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider focused on simplifying modern complexities of business and technology.
