SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)

You are hiring for the position of SAP MDG Consultant with a Leading Global Automotive Giant in Faridabad. As an experienced professional with 8+ years of experience, you will be responsible for driving projects related to Techno functional SAP MDG. Your main focus will be on the Sales Side, Material Partner, and other areas while leveraging your global exposure and knowledge of integration with S/4 Hana. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Develop and execute data governance strategies and roadmaps to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of master data across the organization. - SAP MDG Implementation: Lead and oversee the implementation and enhancement of SAP MDG solutions, including data modeling, data stewardship, and workflow management. - Data Governance Framework: Design and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards to maintain data quality and consistency. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. - System Integration: Manage the integration of SAP MDG with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP) and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency. - Data Quality Management: Implement and manage data quality checks, validations, and cleansing processes to ensure high standards of data accuracy and reliability. - Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, including training and support for end-users, to ensure effective adoption of MDG solutions. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in master data management practices and recommend enhancements to existing systems and processes. - Troubleshooting: Provide advanced support for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to SAP MDG and master data management. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in SAP MDG with expertise in Techno functional aspects. - Should have a proven track record of being an individual contributor who can drive projects effectively. - Experience in working on Sales Side, Material Partner, and other related areas. - Global exposure is preferred. - Knowledge of integration with S/4 Hana is essential for this role.,
