Description
As a Manager in the SAP Tower with 10-16 years of experience, you will be part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience at PwC. Your role will involve assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, proactively reporting to Senior Managers and above, and contributing to financial metrics. You will also be engaged in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new/existing clients. Your responsibilities will include developing your own and your team's technical acumen, using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making, and ensuring adherence to SLAs. Experience in incident management, change management, and problem management will be crucial. You will be required to develop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges, as well as manage and deliver large projects. Furthermore, you will play a key role in training, coaching, and supervising staff to recognize their strengths and encourage personal development. Resolving issues that hinder team effectiveness, staying updated on local and national business and economic issues, and building a strong team environment through client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will actively engage in cross-competency work and contribute to COE activities. Demonstrating project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously while being detail-oriented, is essential for this role. Key Requirements: **Required Skills:** - 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Project Management - Hands-on experience in supporting project management activities for multinational large-scale SAP support projects - Proficiency in project management tools such as SAP Solution Management, Microsoft Project Planning, JIRA, etc. - Basic understanding of ITIL key components such as Service value system and the four Dimensions model **Preferred Skills:** - In-depth exposure to SAP MDG applications - F, S, C, M (Financial Master Data, Supplier, Customer, and Material Master Data maintenance) - Knowledge of SAP MDG material master design and Architecture - Extensive experience in supporting master data workshops and defining business rules for Master Data quality and integration with various systems - Hands-on expertise in Web Dynpro's applications - Ability to configure and customize complex Rule-based workflows (BRF+ / BRF Plus) - Experience in Business Workflows including parallel workflows - Expert knowledge on ALE IDOC's, Distribution model, Partner Profiles, Serialization, and Error Handling processes **Nice to have:** - Knowledge on Fiori Apps - Experience in HANA search and Enterprise Search - Previous experience on SQL queries - Hands-on experience in HANA S/4 and SDI/SDQ - Replication of Data experience from SDI/SDQ to ECC and MDG - Previous experience on address standardization and DQM and MDG address validation experience If interested in this role, please share your resume to bommakanti.sai.vaidehi@pwc.com.,
