Role Overview: As a Senior Associate at PwC, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include using feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas. You are expected to have a proven track record as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your chosen domain. Additionally, you will be responsible for coming up with Client POC/POV for integrating/increasing adoption of emerging Tech. like Blockchain, AI, etc. with the product platform you are associated with. Mentoring junior resources within the team, conducting KSS and lessons learned, and being flexible to work in stretch opportunities/assignments are also part of your role. Qualification Required: - Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills as a consultant. - 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG. - Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and implement technical components accordingly. - Ability to create Functional Design Documents (FSD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented. - Basic understanding of ITIL key components such as Service value system and the four Dimensions model. As a Manager in the SAP Tower with 10-16 years of experience, you will be part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience at PwC. Your role will involve assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, proactively reporting to Senior Managers and above, and contributing to financial metrics. You will also be engaged in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new/existing clients. Your responsibilities will include developing your own and your team's technical acumen, using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making, and ensuring adherence to SLAs. Experience in incident management, change management, and problem management will be crucial. You will be required to develop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges, as well as manage and deliver large projects.
