Role Overview: As a Senior Associate at PwC, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include using feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas. You are expected to have a proven track record as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your chosen domain. Additionally, you will be responsible for coming up with Client POC/POV for integrating/increasing adoption of emerging Tech. like Blockchain, AI, etc. with the product platform you are associated with. Mentoring junior resources within the team, conducting KSS and lessons learned, and being flexible to work in stretch opportunities/assignments are also part of your role. Demonstrating critical thinking, ticket quality and deliverables review, status reporting for the project, and adherence to SLAs are some of the key aspects of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be expected to review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance, as well as demonstrate leadership capabilities by working with clients directly and leading engagements.
