SAP Master Data Specialist

As an experienced SAP Expert / Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Cloud MDG solutions. You should have over 10 years of experience in implementing and managing Master Data across complex, global environments, along with successful delivery of at least 3 global implementations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient and accurate data governance across the SAP landscape. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the creation, modification, and governance of master data objects within the SAP system, ensuring data quality and consistency in key master data domains, collaborating with business teams to define and establish master data governance policies, providing subject matter expertise on Master Data Governance processes and tools within the SAP S/4HANA environment, designing and configuring MDG workflows, data models, and data validation rules, supporting data migration processes and data quality improvement initiatives, managing integration between SAP MDG and other SAP modules or non-SAP applications, performing root-cause analysis, resolving data issues, and driving global standardization initiatives for master data management and governance. You should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in SAP Master Data, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud MDG. You should have expertise in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA MDG solutions, in-depth knowledge of Master Data domains, strong understanding of SAP Data Migration tools, and experience working with global teams on cross-functional projects. Certifications in SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, or related technologies are highly desirable. Preferred skills include familiarity with SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, integration of MDG with other SAP systems and third-party applications, experience with data governance tools beyond SAP MDG, and knowledge of Agile methodologies. Your excellent problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting skills, and strong communication abilities will be essential in effectively working with technical and business teams, leading, mentoring, and guiding team members and stakeholders.,
