Job Description

Lead SAP MDG implementations for various master data domains (Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance, etc.).
Design and configure SAP MDG processes including data models, UI modeling, process modeling (workflow), and BRF+ rules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
Manage data quality, cleansing, enrichment, and validation strategies.
Integrate SAP MDG with other SAP and non-SAP systems using SOA, ALE, and IDocs.
Provide thought leadership in the area of Master Data Management and Governance.
Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and solution architecture.
Guide junior consultants and support project delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of total SAP experience with at least 5 years in SAP MDG.
Hands-on configuration experience in MDG on S/4HANA.
Strong knowledge of SAP master data objects and related business processes.
Experience with workflow, BRF+, FPM, and data replication frameworks.
Knowledge of data quality tools and concepts.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
