Role: SAP ABAP ISU Consultant Experience: 6+years Location: Remote Work timing: UK Hours Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP ISU Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of experience, including at least 45 years of focused work in SAP ISU/CCS (Industry Specific Utilities Customer Care & Services) . The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of electric and/or gas utility business processes, particularly in the meter-to-cash cycle. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ISU and ECC solutions to support retail-based utility back-office processes. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions in SAP ISU and related modules. Develop custom ABAP programs, enhancements, and interfaces as required for ISU/CCS modules. Provide production support, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance of existing systems. Knowledge of SAP ISU Billing to optimize and support billing processes. Work within both Agile (SCRUM/KANBAN) and Waterfall delivery frameworks. Support market-specific functionalities, with a preference for familiarity with Texas market transactions. Utilize knowledge or experience in SAP HANA database development to contribute to performance improvements and technical enhancements. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 6+ years of overall SAP ABAP experience with a strong focus on the ISU/CCS module. Proven experience in electric/gas utility processes, especially meter-to-cash operations. Proficient in SAP ISU Billing processes. Familiarity with Texas deregulated utility market and related market transactions is a plus. Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) as well as traditional Waterfall models. Development experience or understanding of SAP HANA database. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
