Job Description

Role Overview:

The SAP IS Retail Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP IS Retail solutions. This role ensures seamless integration of retail processes across SAP modules and legacy systems, driving operational efficiency and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP IS Retail Implementation:

Lead SAP IS Retail rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements.
Configure and customize modules such as Article Management, Site Management, Pricing, Promotions, and Merchandise Distribution.
Manage integration with SAP SD/MM, FICO, CAR, F&R, and POS systems.

Solution Design & Architecture:

Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Deliver detailed solution designs and ensure alignment with business goals.
Support architecture reviews and evaluate alternative technologies.

Project Leadership:

Manage large-scale SAP IS Retail projects including S/4HANA transformations.
Execute data migration from legacy systems to S/4HANA.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across IT systems and processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, finance, and store operations.
Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.
