Job Description

Role Overview:

An SAP IS Retail Consultant is responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAPs Industry Solution for Retail (IS-Retail). The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand retail processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP IS Retail functionalities.
Configure and implement SAP IS Retail modules (e.g., Merchandise Management, Pricing, Promotions, POS integration).
Lead workshops to gather requirements and design solutions.
Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
Integrate SAP Retail with other systems like POS, Loyalty, and Tax.
Support data migration and user training.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing SAP Retail implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI/CO).
Document functional specifications and manage change control processes.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of SAP IS Retail modules and retail business processes.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail or ECC 6.0.
Expertise in configuration and customization of SAP Retail solutions.
Understanding of integration points with SD, MM, FI/CO.
Technical familiarity with IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, and FIORI.
Project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
