Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this position, you should possess ABAP program debugging skills to effectively analyze root causes. Your experience in resolving SAP Job failures will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations. Your knowledge of integrating SAP with Mainframe jobs and the ability to troubleshoot Mainframe/JCL jobs will be valuable assets in this role. Additionally, your familiarity with working on different third-party integrations using SFTP and Network gateway will be advantageous. Proficiency in Unix script and experience with support tools such as incident management (ServiceNow) will further enhance your capabilities in this position. Furthermore, your strong verbal and written communication skills will be essential in effectively interacting with a diverse range of contacts, including developers, project managers, and business users. Your proven aptitude for technical problem-solving, especially under pressure, will be a significant asset in addressing challenges effectively.
