SAP HR ABAP CONSULTANT

As a SAP HR Technical Lead support Consultant, you will analyze and propose technical solutions for production issues raised as incidents. You will work closely with the Technical Team and Functional Consultants, providing effort estimation for break fixes, conducting feasibility studies, unit testing, technical reviews, and mentoring/guiding the technical team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on rotational shifts - Develop and support SAP HR ABAP solutions including Dialog programming, User-exits, BADIs, Smart Forms, ALV, BAPIs, RFCs, and other SAP development tools - Utilize SAP UI5/Fiori applications using SAP Web IDE - Implement Object Oriented ABAP (OOPs) with expertise in WRICEF development - Demonstrate strong ABAP debugging skills - Manage the support team focused on delivering and maintaining HR products - Collaborate with solution architects to define business processes and system architecture - Ensure timely resolution of incidents and production bugs within SLA - Maintain compliance with security practices, guidelines, and technology standards - Work on HR interfaces and cross-functional relationships between modules for development work - Understand SAP Transport layers, IDOCs, interfaces, and best practices in handling transports - Identify and leverage key enhancements spots (BADIs and User Exits) to meet customer-specific requirements - Conduct root cause analysis on incidents and problems - Customize and configure various HCM Modules including PA, OM, Time & SAP ESS/MSS modules **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - 8-12 Years of SAP ABAP/HR ABAP experience - Strong application support experience for a large client The company is looking for an ideal candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, good logical and analytical skills, ability to work independently, guide the technical team, and experience with service now ticket handling tool.,
