SAP HCM Time - CATS - Senior

As a Senior level consultant in the IT Advisory Services team at EY, you'll have the opportunity to work on various SAP HCM projects for global customers. Your role will involve leading teams and contributing to business transformation in SAP engagements. Your responsibilities include: - Working as a team leader (technical leader) on SAP HCM Time implementation projects. - Leading teams in the business transformation / managed services track of SAP engagements. - Conducting Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops and finalizing to-be design. - Delivering Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, and integration test scripts as per business requirements. - Planning and monitoring project deliverables from the team. - Mentoring the project team in executing identified projects. - Providing regular status reports to the Manager and onsite coordinators. - Interface with customer representatives as necessary. - Willingness to travel to customer locations when required. Mandatory skills required for this role include: - Experience in Handling Time management scenarios. - Good Knowledge of configuration of Work schedule rules, absences, attendances, and Absence/ Attendance Quotas. - Knowledge of standard time reports. - Knowledge of positive and negative time management in SAP. - Understanding of Time Types, Time events, and Time Wage types. - Strong knowledge of Time Schema and PCRs. - Experience working on CATS timesheet. - Knowledge of FIORI apps. - Experience in interfacing with third-party tools for time data. - BE/BTech/MCA with an industry experience of 4 to 7 years. Preferred skills for this role include: - Strong process experience in SAP HCM. - SuccessFactors experience is an added advantage. - Understanding and experience of integration best practices. - Excellent business communication skills. - Excellent leadership skills.
