Job Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in implementing and configuring SAP HCM Payroll modules, including Payroll Processing, Payroll Accounting, and Benefits Administration. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent project management abilities, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP HCM Payroll modules, including Payroll Processing, Payroll Accounting, and Benefits Administration
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
- Stay up-to-date with SAP releases and best practices
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation and management
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll modules and configuration
- Excellent project management and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other SAP HCM modules (e.g., Recruitment, Talent Management)
- Certification in SAP HCM Payroll or similar HR technology
- Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration best practices
