SAP HCM Functional-Senior

Role Overview: As a Senior level consultant in the IT Advisory Services team at EY, you will be working on various SAP HCM projects for customers across the globe. Your role will involve leading teams in the business transformation/managed services track of SAP engagements, conducting Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops, delivering Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, and integration test scripts, and mentoring the project team in executing identified projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring project deliverables, providing regular status reporting, and interfacing with customer representatives as necessary. You should be willing to travel to customer locations on a need basis. Key Responsibilities: - Lead teams in the business transformation/managed services track of SAP engagements - Conduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops - Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, integration test scripts - Mentor the project team - Plan and monitor project deliverables - Provide regular status reporting and interface with customer representatives - Travel to customer locations as needed Qualifications Required: - Must have worked on Wage type, Schema, and PCR configuration - Configure tax-related requirements for any of the countries including US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai, and NZ - BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 3-5 Years Additional Details: EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet, while fostering trust in capital markets.
