SAP GTS Functional Consultant

As a SAP GTS Functional Consultant at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in implementing and upgrading SAP GTS service projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding business requirements and designing feasible technical solutions that meet current needs without hindering future upgrades - Gathering application-specific project requirements and participating in pre-project discussions to drive detailed application design using SAP standard solutions - Collaborating on project design, facilitating design reviews, and providing necessary specifications - Ensuring superior quality in technical deliverables, minimizing design or development defects, and conducting comprehensive System Integration Testing - Applying strong business process knowledge in areas such as Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Trade Preference Management in SAP GTS - Evaluating business requirements, identifying changes to the global template, and translating them into functional specifications and technical designs - Configuring settings in Feeder systems like ECC/S4, conducting basic ABAP debugging, and preparing test scripts - Interacting with developers, communicating requirements effectively, and resolving IDOC related issues - Monitoring and understanding Jobs, resolving job-related issues, and ensuring on-time delivery of project deliverables NTT DATA is a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
