Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Provide expert-level support for SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) implementation, configuration, and maintenance projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customs processes into existing business operations. Develop and maintain accurate reports and dashboards using SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) data to track trade compliance metrics. Troubleshoot complex issues related to foreign trade regulations, tariffs, and customs clearance procedures. Job Requirements : 10-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on SAP GTS implementation and support. Strong understanding of customs regulations, foreign trade laws, and international trade agreements. Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using various reporting tools such as Salesforce or similar technologies.
