Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 22 years of experience in backup operations, specifically Netbackup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and implementing backup solutions. This position is based in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement backup solutions using Veeam and Networker.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless backup operations.
Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backup and archive operations.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with client requirements.
Perform health checks on systems and align parameter changes as needed.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in backup operations, preferably in Netbackup.
Strong knowledge of Veeam and Networker.
Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience working with various backup solutions and technologies.
