Job Description

As a SAP GRC Consultant at Capgemini, your role will involve designing, implementing, and managing SAP GRC solutions for enterprise clients. You will ensure robust governance and compliance frameworks by performing risk analysis, control design, and segregation of duties (SoD) reviews in SAP environments. Your expertise in GRC modules such as Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management will be crucial in customizing and optimizing GRC processes based on organizational requirements. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor junior team members, delivering best practices and continuous improvements in GRC operations. Your Profile: - 4 to 12 years of hands-on experience with SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management). - Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, SoD analysis, and risk management principles. - Proficiency in configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of GRC solutions. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment.
