Job Description

S/4 CO Conversion Consultant Position Overview: The S/4 CO Conversion Consultant specializes in migrating legacy SAP ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on the Finance and Controlling (CO) module

This role requires expertise in system conversion processes, data migration, and ensuring that financial and controlling data aligns with the requirements of S/4HANA
The consultant works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition to the new system

Key Responsibilities:

System Conversion Planning: o Develop a detailed roadmap for converting legacy SAP ERP systems to S/4HANA

oCollaborate with stakeholders to assess system readiness and define conversion requirements

Controlling experience COPA , who has extensive experience in CO module

Strong in Product costing and Profitability analysis modules

Data Migration and Validation: o Perform data migration activities, including extracting, cleansing, and transforming data for S/4HANA o Validate migrated financial and controlling data to ensure accuracy and compliance with S/4HANA standards

Configuration and Integration: o Configure S/4HANA Controlling (CO) modules to meet business requirements o Ensure proper integration with other modules, such as MM, SD, and PP, as part of the conversion process

Gap Analysis and Process Optimization: o Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between legacy processes and S/4HANA capabilities o Propose and implement process improvements to leverage S/4HANAs enhanced functionalities

Testing and Quality Assurance: o Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for converted systems o Identify and resolve conversion-related issues during the testing phases

Training and Documentation: o Provide training to end-users and key stakeholders on new S/4HANA CO processes o Prepare documentation for conversion steps, configurations, and process changes

Go-Live Support and Post-Conversion Activities: o Support the organization during go-live to ensure a smooth transition to S/4HANA o

Address post-conversion issues and provide ongoing support to optimize the system
