• Lead a

  managing SAP SD, FI/CO, and ABAP-related deliverables.
• Facilitate

  workshops, retrospectives, and conflict

• Ensure

  delivery alignment across ZA and AG

• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure value-driven solutions.
• Continuously assess

  and coach teams toward higher performance.
• Support

  backlog management, sprint refinement

  , and KPI tracking.
• Take ownership of documentation and confluence pages for consistent communication.

What should you bring along

• 10+ years of IT/Software DevOps industry experience.
• SAP SD and/or FI (R/3) project experience.
• Strong

  leadership, facilitation

  , and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to hold firm delivery conversations.
• Ability to work in

  scaled agile environments

  and manage E2E delivery.

Must have technical skill

• SAP SD (R/3) Functional

   with debugging skills.

• SAP FI (R/3) Functional

   with debugging skills.
• Strong expertise in

  SAP ABAP development

  – reports, forms, BAPIs, BADIs, enhancements, IDocs.
• Advanced

  debugging and performance analysis

  across modules.
• Proven experience in

  SAP module process configuration

  .
• Hands-on with

  test management & execution

  (unit, integration, regression, and security testing).
• Knowledge of

  transport management, version control, and documentation

  .
• Ability to

  analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP module issues

  .

Good to have technical skills

• Knowledge of

  SAP FICO, FI/CO submodules

  (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking).
• Experience with

  SAP Solution Manager

  for documentation and operations.
• Familiarity with

  S/4HANA features

  (CDS views, AMDPs, Universal Journal, Central Finance).
• Exposure to

  Fiori/UI5 enhancements

  and

  embedded analytics/reporting

  .
• Experience with

  workflow support, IDoc processing, and data migration

  .
• Understanding of

  DevOps methodologies

  and job monitoring tools.
• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving mindset

  .
• Any of Professional Agile certification
