Job Description

Lead or support full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and rollouts
Configure core FI modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting
Integrate FI with MM, SD, and CO modules (P2P, O2C, R2R cycles)
Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing (UT, SIT, UAT), and cutover activities
Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate with technical teams
Support month-end/year-end closing, foreign currency valuation, and financial reporting
Deliver end-user training, documentation, and hypercare support post go-live

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration
Expertise in S/4HANA (Universal Journal, New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledgers)
Experience with APP, DME, EBS, IDOCs, and tax configurations (GST, TDS)
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Fiori apps
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
