Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team as a Manager in the IT Consulting Services team, working on various SAP Implementation projects for our customers across the globe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in SAP Finance modules such as FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-Bank Accounting, and FI-Asset Accounting. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage end-to-end implementation, rollout, support, upgrade, and enhancements in SAP Finance modules. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators to ensure seamless project execution. Lead a team of 10-15 members, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely project delivery. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. ### Job Requirements CA/ICWA (ICMA)/MBA Finance from a reputed institution with sound industry/domain experience. Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model, demonstrating knowledge of global business operations. Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of SAP Finance modules including FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-Bank Accounting, and FI-Asset Accounting. Experience with FIORI APPS, BO-DS, BW, HANA, and other reporting tools is desirable. Prior client-facing consulting experience is preferred. SAP Finance/Controlling Certification is a plus.
