SAP FICO Lead Consultant

As an SAP FICO Lead Consultant specializing in S/4HANA, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end SAP Finance & Controlling implementations and support engagements in S/4HANA environments. - Conducting business requirement analysis, fit-gap assessments, and blueprinting sessions with stakeholders. - Configuring and optimizing key FICO components such as GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, COPA, and Product Costing. - Collaborating with cross-functional SAP teams for seamless system integration. - Managing deliverables across the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and hypercare. - Providing post-go-live support and resolving high-priority FICO issues. - Ensuring compliance with global accounting standards like IFRS and US GAAP. - Mentoring junior consultants and serving as a subject matter expert within the finance domain. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA. - Strong functional knowledge in Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. - In-depth experience with Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Fiori apps, and New Asset Accounting. - Proven ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
