Role Overview: You are being hired as a SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) Lead Consultant to drive financial transformation initiatives using SAP solutions. Your role will require strong consulting expertise in core finance and controlling modules, enabling you to engage directly with CFO-level stakeholders. You should excel in collaborating with globally distributed teams across different time zones and business cultures. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions in multiple geographical locations with 12 to 16+ years of relevant experience. - Ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO with other modules such as MM, SD, and PS. - Serve as a finance process consultant specializing in GL, AP, AR, AA, and Controlling (CO, PCA, CCA). - Conduct discovery sessions with finance stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions. - Provide expertise on accounting standards and tax regulations across various regions. - Manage financial closing activities and performance reporting. - Integrate FICO with other SAP modules and possess experience in at least 3 end-to-end implementations. - Conduct end-user training, develop functional documentation, and support audit and compliance teams. Qualification Required: - Must be SAP Certified with a focus on SAP FICO or possess a Financial Accounting Certification. - ICWA or CA certification is preferred. - Educational qualification preferred: Masters in Finance or Masters in Accounting. Additional Details (Company Focus): You will play a crucial role in advising CFO organizations on SAP-enabled finance transformation. Familiarity with S/4HANA migration or Greenfield implementations is essential, along with a strong understanding of financial regulations and controlling strategies. Your deep consulting experience across various industry domains will be highly valued by our team.
