Job Description

HCL Tech is Hiring for FICO Functional Consultant/Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant with expertise in business process and functional support for the SAP FI module and its sub-ledgers (AP, AR, and AA). The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical skills, operational efficiency, and a proven ability to drive process integration and standardization across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide business process and functional support for SAP FI, including sub-ledgers like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
Collaborate with global teams and IT partners to deliver services effectively.
Identify and implement continuous improvement processes for operational efficiency, process integration, and standardization.
Deliver end-to-end SAP FI/CO solutions, including full cycle implementation, data migration, and reconciliation.
Develop and execute functional test plans, prepare test cases, and ensure accurate data reconciliation for financial accounting.
Analyze and document business requirements to support system enhancements.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in SAP FICO and working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
Completed at least two end-to-end SAP implementations.
SAP FI or CO certification (preferred).
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (CA qualification is an added advantage).
Strong experience in data migration, financial data reconciliation, and functional testing.
Proficiency in requirements analysis and process improvement.
