Job Title: SAP FICO – Junior Consultant Experience: 0–2 Years Training Required: SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP FICO Consultant with 0–2 years of experience and formal training in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) . The selected candidate will contribute to SAP implementation, support, and enhancement projects, working in close collaboration with business teams. Key Responsibilities: Assist in SAP FICO module configuration , testing, and production support. Work across core FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) processes including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Support Controlling processes such as: Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders (IO) Help in financial reporting , account reconciliations, and period-end closing activities. Assist in data migration , master data management , and integration with other SAP modules like MM (Materials Management) , SD (Sales and Distribution) , and PP (Production Planning) . Collaborate with business users to troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues. Contribute to end-user training , support documentation, and user assistance. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Successfully completed formal SAP FICO training . Basic hands-on experience with SAP FICO transactions and configurations . Strong foundation in financial accounting and cost controlling principles . Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication and team collaboration skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
