SAP FICO Consultant - Product Costing/ Transformational

Role Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Product Costing to support transformational initiatives within the finance and costing landscape.
• This role focuses on strategic and configuration-driven enhancements rather than day-to-day operational support.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive cost-related process improvements through SAP capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support transformational initiatives within SAP FICO, specifically focusing on Product Costing and related configuration.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of existing and new SAP functionalities to enhance costing processes, including identifying and deploying unused or advanced features.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Prepare and drive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for costing-related enhancements and new functionalities.
• Participate in and oversee testing, validation, and UAT cycles to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Provide subject-matter expertise for global and cross-functional teams as part of ongoing transformation programs.
• Troubleshoot complex costing issues and propose robust, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience as an SAP FICO functional consultant.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Product Costing, including configuration and process design.
• End-to-end experience in testing, validation, and solution rollout.
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive BRDs and functional documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in India or UK shifts based on business needs.
