Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Product Costing to support transformational initiatives within the finance and costing landscape. This role focuses on strategic and configuration-driven enhancements rather than day-to-day operational support. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive cost-related process improvements through SAP capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead and support transformational initiatives within SAP FICO, specifically focusing on Product Costing and related configuration. Leverage extensive knowledge of existing and new SAP functionalities to enhance costing processes, including identifying and deploying unused or advanced features. Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. Prepare and drive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for costing-related enhancements and new functionalities. Participate in and oversee testing, validation, and UAT cycles to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of implemented solutions. Provide subject-matter expertise for global and cross-functional teams as part of ongoing transformation programs. Troubleshoot complex costing issues and propose robust, scalable solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of proven experience as an SAP FICO functional consultant. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Product Costing, including configuration and process design. End-to-end experience in testing, validation, and solution rollout. Ability to create clear and comprehensive BRDs and functional documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently in a global, fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work in India or UK shifts based on business needs.
