SAP FICO Consultants

This role demands a deep understanding of financial processes and SAP best practices, along with the ability to interact directly with business stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of SAP FICO solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on

  end-to-end SAP FICO implementations

  , upgrades, and support engagements.
• Configure and maintain

  SAP FI and CO modules

  , including but not limited to:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Asset Accounting (AA)

  • Cost Center Accounting

  • Internal Orders

• Implement and support

  GST configuration

  and compliance specific to Indian tax regulations.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Create functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP teams for enhancements.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, and Basis teams for issue resolution and process improvement.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, configuration, user manuals, and training materials.
• Provide production support, resolve incidents, and ensure business continuity.
• Participate in regular review meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Strong experience in

  Asset Accounting

  ,

  Accounts Payable

  ,

  Accounts Receivable

  , and

  GST implementation/configuration

  .
• Experience in at least

  one full-cycle implementation project

  and multiple

  support/rollout projects

  .
• Knowledge of

  India Localization (IN GST)

  processes and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in writing functional specs, test cases, and end-user documentation.
• Good understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
• Ability to analyze business requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Experience working in

  Agile or hybrid project environments

  is a plus.
• SAP Certification in FICO (preferred but not mandatory).
