SAP FICO Consultant

As an Infoscion, your role involves leading the engagement effort to provide high-quality consulting solutions to customers. Your responsibilities include: - Leading the engagement effort from problem definition to solution design and deployment - Reviewing proposals, providing guidance, and analyzing solutions for potential risks - Identifying change management requirements and proposing structured approaches - Coaching the team, providing subject matter training, and motivating team members - Contributing to unit level and organizational initiatives for delivering high-quality consulting solutions Technical requirements for this role include: - Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in FICO integration with MM SD - Demonstrated configuration skills in key areas like AR, AP, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA - Experience in writing Functional Specifications independently and working on Custom Objects - Experience in at least 1 end-to-end implementation - Knowledge of Concur T&E and Industry-specific solutions - Experience in customer-facing roles Additional responsibilities may include: - Knowledge of software configuration management systems - Strong business acumen, strategy, and cross-industry thought leadership - Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities - Domain knowledge in two or three industries - Understanding of financial processes and pricing models - Client interfacing skills, SDLC, agile methodologies, project, and team management Preferred skills for this role include expertise in SAP Controlling and SAP Finance within the technology domain.
