SAP FICO Consultant

Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Master of Engineering in Computer Science
As an SAP FICO Consultant you are responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules in SAP. You ensure seamless financial operations, including general ledger accounting, asset management, cost center accounting, profitability analysis, and integration with other SAP modules. You also support financial reporting, compliance, and system enhancements to meet business requirements. Must-Have Skills: Configure and implement SAP FICO modules to support financial processes. Manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. Handle Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Internal Orders. Integrate SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules. Configure bank accounting, cash management, and treasury functions. Support profitability analysis (CO-PA) and product costing (CO-PC). Perform financial planning, budgeting, and cost control using SAP CO. Ensure compliance with financial regulations (IFRS, GAAP, SOX, etc.). Manage taxation, withholding tax, and country-specific fiscal settings. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues, including end-user support. Work on data migration, system upgrades, and SAP S/4HANA transformation. Develop and execute functional specifications for custom developments. Conduct user training and documentation for finance teams. Good-to-Have Skills: SAP S/4HANA Finance - Experience with new financial architecture and real-time reporting. SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) Knowledge of credit management, collections, and dispute management. SAP CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) & CO-PC (Product Costing) Strong understanding of cost and profitability tracking. Integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS Deep understanding of cross-functional financial processes.
