Role details:

• Title / Designation:SAP FI Consultant
• Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
• Experience: 6 - 15 Years
• Work mode: Remote - Hybrid
• Shift timings: 5:30 PM-1:30 AM (Flexible to US hours)

Role & responsibilities:

. Serve as an internal SAP FI consultant, leading system analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation for approved business projects and enhancements.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Application Development, ABAP, Interface, Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure - to design, implement, and support end-to-end SAP FI solutions.

. Provide functional support across key finance areas such as GL, AP, AR, AA, and Tax, handling break/fix tickets, user queries, and ensuring smooth month-end and year-end closings.

. Partner with business and technical teams to deliver large-scale production enhancements and process improvements that align with organizational goals.

. Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and operational efficiency through automation and best practices.

. Create and maintain system documentation, test cases, and user training materials, while providing post-implementation and ongoing production support.

. Good to have: Exposure to SAP Controlling (CO) module.

. Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and balancing diverse stakeholder expectations.

. Good to have: Experience or knowledge of the Aerospace & Defence industry.
