Description
Job Title: FI Bank and Cash Analyst / Specialist Location : Bangalore Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Manage daily bank postings, cash journal entries, and reconciliations in SAP FI. Support configuration and maintenance of SAP Bank Accounting, Cash Management, and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processes. Collaborate with SAP technical teams to implement enhancements using: SAP FI (Financial Accounting) Perform month-end and year-end closing activities related to bank and cash accounts. Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Work with treasury and finance teams to support bank integrations and payment processing. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. Maintain documentation for reconciliations, configurations, and audit trails. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in R2R, bank accounting, or SAP FI roles. Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and cash management processes. Hands-on experience with SAP FI and related technical modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
