Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to provide L3 level support and lead integration efforts across multiple SAP modules. The ideal candidate will have 510 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementations, support, and cross-functional integration, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• L3 Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide expert-level support for SAP EWM issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
• Handle escalations from L1/L2 teams and ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.

• Integration & Cross-Module Collaboration:

• Integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

• System Configuration & Enhancement:

• Configure and customize SAP EWM functionalities including inbound/outbound processes, storage control, and RF framework.
• Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.

• Project Implementation & Rollouts:

• Participate in full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Support global rollouts and localization requirements.

• Documentation & Training:

• Create functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 510 years of experience in SAP EWM with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM processes: inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse structure, physical inventory, and RF.
• Experience in integrating EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Certifications:

• SAP EWM Certification
• SAP S/4HANA Logistics Certification (optional but beneficial)
