The SAP EWM Associate will support the implementation, configuration, and day-to-day operations of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The role involves assisting with warehouse process management, system testing, documentation, and providing basic support in related modules such as SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP EWM configuration, testing, and documentation activities.
- Assist in managing warehouse operations such as inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory processes.
- Provide first-level support to resolve user issues related to EWM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support basic activities and ticket resolution in SAP MM & SD.
- Participate in training, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Prepare process documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Assist in implementation and enhancement projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate Degree
- Strong interest in SAP technologies and supply chain digitalization.
- Good analytical, logical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain concepts (preferred).
- Ability to work according to EMEA time zone
(12 PM to 9 PM).
- Willingness to travel to Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, and South Africa as required.
