SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Global Consultant

The consultant will work with global business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end EHS processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive sustainable business practices through SAP EHS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver

  SAP EHS implementation, rollout, and support

  projects across global business units.
• Design and configure

  SAP EHS modules

  including Product Safety, Industrial Hygiene & Occupational Health, Environmental Management, and Dangerous Goods Management.
• Collaborate with global business teams to gather requirements, design process flows, and define technical specifications.
  
• Provide expertise in

  EHS master data management

  , safety data sheets (SDS), labeling, and REACH/OSHA compliance.
• Integrate SAP EHS with

  SAP MM, PP, QM, and Plant Maintenance (PM)

  modules.
• Support system upgrades, global template rollouts, and localization for country-specific compliance.
  
• Develop and conduct

  training and workshops

  for end users and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with

  ABAP, BASIS, and technical teams

  for enhancements and interfaces.
• Ensure system compliance with international and regional

  environmental, health, and safety regulations

  .

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years

  of hands-on SAP EHS experience including implementation, rollout, and support.
• Strong expertise in one or more areas:
  
• Product Safety and Stewardship
  
• Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health
  
• Environmental Management
  
• Dangerous Goods Management
  
• Experience working in

  global template and multi-country environments

  .
• Good understanding of

  regulatory compliance standards (REACH, OSHA, GHS)

  .
• Experience with

  S/4HANA EHS

  or migration from ECC to S/4HANA is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP EHS certification preferred.
  
• Experience in

  chemical, oil & gas, manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals

  industries.
• Knowledge of

  EHS Reporting tools

  , Fiori apps, and Integration with external systems (Regulatory content providers).
