As a Functional role in SAP ECC and CRM at our company, your role involves supporting the development and maintenance of SAP ECC and CRM systems. Your responsibilities include designing and developing solutions to meet the requirements while following the standard SAP guidelines. You will also create functional documentation in the Customer team wiki space and perform tests and analyses, documenting the results. Key Responsibilities: - Support development and maintenance of SAP ECC and CRM - Ensure configuration quality and compliance with project/team standards and SAP recommendations - Work with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and efficient solutions - Design and develop solutions following standard SAP guidelines - Create functional documentation in the Customer team wiki space - Perform and document test results and analyses - Review changes before moving into production and obtain charm approval - Provide production support and resolve issues - Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot production issues Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in SAP ECC and CRM - Bachelor's degree In this role, you will be responsible for creating process, functional, and solution design documents under the Customer wiki space. You will ensure training, business support, and hypercare, conduct end-to-end user acceptance tests and test scripts, and review solution designs with stakeholders. Additionally, you will document analyses following team agreements under the Customer wiki space.,
