Job Description

Job Title: SAP DMS Consultant

Experience:

SAP DMS (Document Management System) Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, customize, and support SAP DMS functionalities.
Manage document storage, version control, and access authorization.
Integrate DMS with other SAP modules (MM, PP, QM, PM, etc.).
Define document types, number ranges, and storage categories.
Work with content servers, KPro, and ArchiveLink setup.
Handle issue resolution, performance optimization, and user support.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

5–7 years of relevant experience in
SAP DMS configuration and support
.
Strong knowledge of
Document Info Records, Document Types, and Object Links
.
Experience with
Content Server, ArchiveLink, and KPro configuration
.
Understanding of
integration with modules like MM, PP, QM, PM, and PS
.
Familiarity with
authorization concepts
and document workflows.
Experience in
issue analysis, debugging, and system performance optimization
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

Experience in the
S/4HANA environment
.
Knowledge of
SAP Easy DMS or Engineering Control Center (ECTR)
.
Exposure to
third-party document management tools
integrated with SAP.

The resource can start remotely, but it would be desirable for them to work from our Pune or Bengaluru office starting January.
