Key Responsibilities : Lead or support end-to-end implementations of OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management), including configuration, testing, and deployment. Work extensively with SAP S/4HANA system, particularly in FI and MM modules for invoice processing. Design and maintain integrations using SAP ArchiveLink and IXOS for document archiving and retrieval. Handle the entire VIM invoice lifecycle : scanning/OCR, validation, exception handling, transaction coding (T-coding), and approval workflows. Collaborate with business and technical teams to configure workflow and business rules within VIM. Develop and debug custom enhancements using SAP ABAP/4 . Job Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Archiving Consultant to design and implement enterprise-level data archiving strategies that enhance system performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize storage costs. Expertise in OpenText Content Server, DART, and SAP archive object configuration is essential. Familiarity with SAP HANA Native Storage Extension (NSE) for warm/cold data tiering is a strong advantage. Project Planning & Documentation Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and maintain comprehensive configuration documentation.
