Role Overview: You will be part of a passionate team focused on Intelligent Spend Management, Business Network, Procurement, Supply Chain, External Workforce Management, and Business Transformation. As a lead developer, you will deliver projects independently, train junior resources on Technical Topics, and lead a small to medium-sized team in implementation projects. Your expertise will contribute to creating a better digital procurement future for customers by improving business collaboration and enhancing efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver projects independently and provide training on Technical Topics to junior resources. - Lead development in implementation projects and manage a team of 3 to 4 members. - Implement projects with a focus on ABP OOPs, IDOCs, Workflows, etc. - Execute a minimum of three end-to-end implementation projects. - Demonstrate basic knowledge of Ariba upstream and downstream applications. - Lead at least one implementation project involving integration with Ariba Commerce automation. - Utilize working knowledge of Sourcing with ERP/S4 using CIG. - Experience with Proxies and webservices, OData, and CDS views. - Possess basic MM knowledge and excellent communication skills. - Ability to train resources, manage multiple projects, and engage in customer-facing roles. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience with ABP OOPs, IDOCs, Workflows, etc. - Minimum three end-to-end implementation project experience. - Basic knowledge of Ariba upstream and downstream applications. - Minimum One Implementation project experience with integration Ariba Commerce automation. - Working knowledge of Sourcing with ERP/S4 using CIG. - Working experience with Proxies and webservices. - Working knowledge on OData and CDS views. - Basic MM knowledge. - Good communication skills. - Ability to train resources. - Ability to work on multiple projects. - Customer-facing experience. - Capable of playing customer-facing roles.
