Your responsibilities will include independently managing project deliveries and mentoring junior team members on Technical Topics. You will play a key role in implementation projects as a lead developer, leading a team of 3 to 4 individuals in small to medium-sized projects. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience with ABP OOPs, IDOCs, Workflows, and similar technical aspects. You must have participated in at least three end-to-end implementation projects and have a fundamental understanding of Ariba upstream and downstream applications. Experience with integrating Ariba Commerce automation in at least one implementation project is required, along with familiarity with Sourcing with ERP/S4 using CIG, Proxies, webservices, OData, CDS views, and basic MM knowledge. Moreover, effective communication skills are essential, as you will be expected to interact with clients and train resources. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and engage in customer-facing roles is crucial for success in this position.
