Description
As an experienced SAP Delivery Lead, your role will involve managing the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring successful implementation across multiple modules and stakeholders. You should possess deep SAP functional/technical expertise, proven project delivery leadership skills, and the ability to manage global teams in a hybrid or agile environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the delivery of SAP projects such as implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance. - Drive project governance, delivery strategy, and effective stakeholder communication. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, SuccessFactors, BTP, etc.). - Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and issue resolution effectively. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership for delivery and escalation management. - Ensure adherence to SAP Activate/Agile delivery methodologies and internal best practices. - Coordinate with PMO and cross-functional leads for project documentation, reporting, and compliance. - Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and participate in solution design discussions when required. - Foster a high-performing delivery culture, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 12+ years of total SAP experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a delivery or project management role. - Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA (on-premise or cloud) and associated technologies. - Proven experience in managing end-to-end SAP implementations or large-scale rollouts. - Experience in handling multi-module, multi-location SAP projects. - Solid knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow, or equivalent. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
