SAP Data Migration Lead

As a SAP Data Migration Lead at NTT DATA, your role involves supporting S/4 HANA implementation and deployment projects by analyzing, designing, and implementing data migration processes from SAP ECC and other systems to S/4 HANA. Your responsibilities will include: - Compiling and confirming Data Object Inventory. - Working closely with Functional Team and Business for data mapping, transformation, and validation rules for migrating objects from legacy systems to SAP. - Providing guidance to Business in data harmonization and data cleansing. Qualifications for this role include: - 5+ years of relevant functional data conversion experience. - Knowledge/experience with data migration cockpit is preferred. - Experience in field mapping and value mapping from legacy systems to SAP. - Functional experience in different SAP modules. - Solid knowledge of Master & Transaction Data and related SAP Tables and Transaction Codes. Education and Certifications: - Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Skills required: - Solid knowledge of data migration into SAP. - Solid knowledge of processes and data. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective. - Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Flexibility to work in shifts to support global clients. Language: - English Fluency is preferred but not mandatory.
