About the Role

Senior SAP CS Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead transformation of SAP Customer Service Modules into Fiori-based solutions.
  • Handle return process workflows and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and create blueprints for multiple countries.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders across subsidiaries (India being a major hub).
  • Offer guidance on architecture and integration strategies.
  • Support go-live planning and subsequent rollouts.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience with

    SAP Customer Service module

    and

    Fiori applications

    .
  • Background in

    medical devices

    pharma

    , or regulated industries preferred.
  • Proven track record in service model transformation projects.
  • Ability to manage knowledge transfer and blueprinting activities.
