As a SAP CRM Consultant specializing in Application Support Management, your main responsibility will be to provide ongoing application support, maintenance, and request fulfillment enhancements for SAP CRM systems. You will collaborate closely with business users to comprehend their requirements and ensure that the CRM application remains dependable, secure, and in line with GB (Business Unit) objectives. You should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business, along with proven experience in SAP CRM On Premise application support and management spanning 6-7 years. A strong understanding of SAP CRM Service/Sales modules and associated technologies is essential. Familiarity with ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management is required, and the ability to debug, interpret the underlying program, and provide swift resolutions is crucial. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary, along with effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Possessing an SAP CRM certification would be advantageous. You should be capable of working independently and be available during EMEA timings. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Application Support: Providing day-to-day support for SAP CRM users, addressing and resolving issues, incidents, and service requests promptly. 2. Incident Management: Managing incidents related to SAP CRM, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders. 3. Problem Management: Investigating the root causes of recurring issues and implementing preventive measures to minimize system disruptions. 4. User Training: Offering training and guidance to users to assist them in resolving issues that arise during Incident Management. 5. Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, support processes, and issue resolutions.,
