Job Description

Job Summary

The SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP CM solutions used for gathering, processing, and transforming consumption data for billing.

The role collaborates with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure seamless mediation processes within SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) components within SAP BRIM.
Analyze business requirements and design mediation workflows for data collection, normalization, and distribution.
Integrate SAP CM with SAP Convergent Charging (CC), SAP Billing, and external systems.
Develop and manage mediation adapters, rules, mapping logic, and data transformation layers.
Monitor and troubleshoot CM pipelines, workflows, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
Support high-volume data processing and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT with stakeholders.
Prepare technical documentation, mapping documents, and system configuration details.
Provide post go-live support, performance optimization, and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve mediation processes and billing accuracy.
