Description
As a SAP Controlling (CO) Techno-Functional Expert at MSIL, your role involves facilitating the implementation and support of SAP CO as per business requirements. You will collaborate with core business and SAP IT teams, along with SI Partners, to ensure successful implementation of the CO module. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align and integrate SAP CO with other modules and external systems - Developing and implementing SAP CO strategies, policies, and procedures - Mapping business requirements, identifying gaps, and providing work-around solutions - Ensuring system configuration, integration with other modules, and data migration for Masters and Transactions - Validating Functional Specification Documents and documenting functional designs, UAT test cases, scripts, and results - Proactively identifying and proposing business process enhancements - Participating in testing phases and providing technical guidance to resolve complex issues - Staying updated on the latest trends in SAP CO and suggesting innovative solutions - Conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users - Managing the implementation of SAP CO solutions, including system architecture design, configuration, testing, and training - Providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and developing training programs - Coordinating with other SAP modules and external systems for data integration and consistency - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and security standards - Collaborating with SAP consultants, vendors, and service providers for system upgrades and issue resolution - Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables You will face challenges in maintaining adequate SAP Techno-Functional Knowledge in the SAP PP module, and having knowledge of SAP technical architecture and ABAP programming is preferred. Additionally, familiarity with the MM Module and relevant integration/dependencies is required. Your interactions will involve collaborating with internal and external clients to implement SAP solutions with minimal customization. Your skills and knowledge should include a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, along with SAP Certification/Training in PP and MM modules. You should have 6-8 years of experience as a SAP FICO Senior Consultant, with a minimum of 2 SAP CO module implementations, preferably in the Automotive sector. Additionally, you should possess in-depth knowledge of SAP CO Configuration, Master Data, and Integration with other SAP Modules. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field - SAP Certification/Training in PP and MM modules - 6-8 years of experience as a SAP FICO Senior Consultant - Minimum of 2 SAP CO module implementations, preferably in the Automotive sector - In-depth knowledge of SAP CO Configuration, Master Data, and Integration with other SAP Modules Behavioral competencies required for this role include effective communication skills, analytical skills, and self-motivation in learning new concepts and sharing knowledge with team members.,
