About Role: SAP FICO

• Provide expertise in SAP FICO (FI & CO) modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to align with business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, QM, PM.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and deliver end-user training.
• Handle global support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Support deployments including scoping, design, localization, testing, and Go-Live.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP FICO (FI: GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Assets; CO: Controlling, PA).
• Hands-on experience in S/4HANA Finance and Fiori Apps.
• Expertise in Financial Closing Cockpit, intercompany reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, PS modules.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology and global project environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About Role: SAP ABAP

• Support S/4 HANA solution configuration and technical development.
• Perform quality checks, code reviews, and enforce industry-standard development practices.
• Collaborate with IT delivery partners to implement solutions leveraging go-forward platforms.
• Apply extensive IT development knowledge to support change management and business adoption.
• Participate in cross-functional development teams and analyze complex business requirements.
• Evaluate SAP roadmap, recommend tools, software, and implementation strategies.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 full project experience (Implementation, Upgrade, Rollout, AMS).
• Strong technical skills in Reports, Forms, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements (RICE).
• 6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP, Web Dynpro, EDI, ALE, SLT, Fiori.
• Hands-on experience with User Exits, Enhancements, Reports, Scripts, BAPIs, and integration technologies.
• Solid SAP business process knowledge; ability to map requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal customization.
• Mandatory: Experience in S/4 HANA.
• Proficient in Object-Oriented ABAP concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of ABAP Debugging, SAP Code Inspector, and other SAP standard tools.
